Details: Imagine yourself in a heavenly landscape, on a white sandy beach in the Caribbean Sea, surrounded by shady coconut palm trees and crystal clear waters, suddenly a hammock appears and instantly you feel relaxed and happy. WARIMBA wants to bring to every home the feeling of calm, comfort, and peace that comes with lying down on a hammock. Our handmade hammocks are made with love by native artisans from Yucatan, Mexico. The soft fabrics used cradle your body and ergonomically adapt to you. Mayan hammocks are a beautiful artisanal expression and they are also the most comfortable place to relax, meditate, read a book, and enjoy nature. Each hammock takes approximately three weeks to be completed by hand. PRODUCT CARE: UXMAL is machine washable. First, hook the loops together to prevent the hammock from getting tangled. Roll up the hammock into a laundry wash bag or a pillowcase and then close the top with a rope or a clothespin. Wash the hammock on delicate cycle in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Hang to dry, preferably outside in the sunlight. Do not tumble dry. PRESERVING YOUR HAMMOCK: When not in use, keep your hammock out of direct sunlight; this will prevent the fabric from loosing its vibrant colors. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
