Details: The name Sarazoty comes from a journey we made to Nepal, we were inspired by a very talented girl named Saraswoti. This name translates to "Goddess of Wisdom and Joy". That trip made us think about all the vast cultural richness around the world, it made us feel proud of our origins and where we come from. For that reason, now with Sarazoty we intend to show the world some of these pieces of artisan people made by the hands of Mexican artists, which represent the history and culture of Mexico. All the products offered by Sarazoty are made by genuine Mexican artisans, and a percentage of each sale made by the brand is destined to benefit the indigenous communities of this country.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
